Refund Policy: All items or services purchased from Heavenly Hair and Beauty are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. This policy applies but is not limited to: Services, Digital Products, Gift Cards. ​ Photo Policy: When booking an appointment with Heavenly Hair and Beauty, I grant the Heavenly Hair and Beauty permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications and print advertising without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Heavenly Hair and Beauty and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Heavenly Hair and Beauty to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Heavenly Hair and Beauty from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. Guest Policy: No Additional Guests. To ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that only the individual receiving the service attend the appointment. Due to limited space and a focus on providing a calm, personalized atmosphere, we are unable to accommodate additional guests, including friends, family members, or children, during your service time.
